Technology Consultant - Agile Delivery

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Technology Consultant who will serve as a Product Owner and act as the bridge between business and technology where you will ensure that Agile Principles are embedded across delivery engagements and transformation projects. You will play a key role in managing Agile delivery cycles, facilitating collaboration across cross-functional teams, and advising both clients and internal stakeholders on the adoption of Agile frameworks, tools, and best practices.

The role will also include responsibility for Requirements Engineering and Requirements Management. You will work with stakeholders to elicit, document, manage, and validate business and technical requirements, ensuring that they are aligned with delivery goals and remain traceable throughout the project lifecycle.

In addition to Agile delivery leadership, this role includes ownership of Quality Assurance and Test Management activities. You will be responsible for test planning, triaging defects with stakeholders, coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT), and overseeing ongoing test monitoring and reporting throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile ceremonies and guide teams through backlog management, sprint planning, and delivery to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Translate business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria, supporting seamless development and testing.
• Oversee Quality Assurance and Test Management, including test planning, execution, UAT coordination, and defect resolution.
• Use Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence) and metrics to monitor progress, report quality outcomes, and drive continuous improvement.
• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile frameworks and best practices, supporting transformation initiatives and building organizational maturity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Agile Delivery environments
• Experience in quality assurance and test management roles within Agile projects.
• Experience with tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, TestRail, Xray etc
• Excellent English, both spoken and written
• Agile certifications such as Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), SAFe Agilist, PMI-ACP, or equivalent are desirable
• ISTQB or equivalent test management certification is considered an asset.

• Bachelor in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or a related field
