Business Implementation Consultant

Are you passionate about the intersection of finance, technology, and innovation? We’re looking for a motivated Implementation Consultant who’s eager to grow a rewarding career in the FinTech space.

In this role, you’ll work with leading financial institutions in Malta, helping them implement cutting-edge regulatory technology solutions. After comprehensive product training, you’ll be involved in requirements analysis, system design, solution configuration, and user training, playing a key role in delivering successful projects.

You’ll also contribute to post-implementation support and occasionally assist in pre-sales activities, including software demonstrations and client consultations.

Responsibilities

• Translate and map banking regulatory requirements into tailored software configurations
• Stay updated on evolving banking regulations
• Analyse challenges and contribute to the design and implementation of effective solutions
• Provide insights and feedback to enhance our product offering
• Manage and resolve support requests efficiently

Requirements

• Deeply interested in FinTech, particularly how technology supports regulatory compliance
• Comfortable working with data analysis tools (e.g., Pivots / PowerPivots)
• An excellent communicator in both Maltese and English

Education and Experience

• A degree in Banking and Finance, Business and Computing, or an equivalent qualification
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
