Contracts Site Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Contracts Site Coordinator to join our growing team. Splitting time between our office and active project sites, you'll be the day-to-day link between our teams, suppliers, and clients — helping keep multiple projects moving smoothly from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-site and office-based activities across multiple concurrent projects
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and clients to keep schedules and deliveries on track
• Support project plans, timelines, and resource coordination
• Maintain clear, regular communication with all stakeholders
• Track progress on-site and flag issues early
• Help maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
• Support budget tracking and cost monitoring
• Contribute observations and suggestions after project completion to help improve future projects

Requirements

• Willingness to learn — no prior experience required
• Previous exposure to project-based or site work is a plus, but not essential — full training provided
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
