Technical Project Manager

Our client in the Software and IT Services industry is seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Project Manager to join their dynamic technical team. 

You will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software products tailored for the global real estate market. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including software developers, product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to ensure smooth collaboration and alignmen
• Act as the primary contact for project stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and external partners.
• Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues, ensuring transparency and timely decision-making.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and build strong relationships to ensure project succe
• Identify and assess project risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure seamless execution.
• Create contingency plans to address potential challenges and minimize their impact on project timelines and deliverables.
• Ensure effective resource allocation to meet project objectives.
• Manage resource constraints and provide recommendations for adjustments when necessary.
• Motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages continuous learning and growth.

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in software development. Experience in a global or multinational setting is a plus.
• Proven success in managing large-scale software projects; experience in the real estate industry is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira).
• Knowledge of real estate industry software and technology trends is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with the capability to inspire and guide diverse teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make key decisions under pressure.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
