Our client, a vibrant start-up AI company, in search of an enthusiastic and seasoned Technical Project Manager to join their team. 

In this role, you will utilize your organizational and leadership capabilities to guide our projects—both internal and external—from inception to completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate internal resources and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Define detailed project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and confirming technical feasibility.
  • Ensure resource availability and proper alignment, managing team capacities effectively.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to monitor and track progress.
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Assess project performance using suitable systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Maintain clear communication with management, reporting and escalating issues as needed.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication.
  • Perform thorough risk management to anticipate and mitigate potential project risks.
  • Manage relationships with third parties/vendors as necessary for project success.
  • Create and maintain extensive project documentation for thorough record-keeping and accountability.
  • Establish robust tracking systems to monitor project metrics and KPIs, keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Provide reports on key KPIs and metrics to internal stakeholders, offering insights into project health and progress.
  • Oversee project SLAs, ensuring that service level agreements are met and exceeded when possible.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the technology sector with a strong technical background.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Superior client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strategic problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in project management tools.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles.
  • PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
  • Experience with fintech software or Data/AI is advantageous.
