Our client in the insurance industry is looking to recruit a Business Analyst to join their team.

Responsibilities

  • Understanding business processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Gather and analyse data to support decision making and process optimization
  • Recommend changes to increase efficiency, reduce costs and improve performance
  • Work with technical teams to come up with solutions that meet business needs
  • Work with developers and other team members to ensure a smooth implementation of solutions.
  • Be the main point of contact between technical teams and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Comfortable using tools like Microsoft Excel, Visio or other business analysis and reporting tools
  • Excellent communication skills and command of English
  • SQL and Scripting knowledge is a plus
  • Agile / Scrum methodology experience is a plus
  • Strong organisation and management skills
Education and Experience
  • Experience as a Business Analyst / Data Analyst / Process Improvement
