We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Project Manager to lead construction, infrastructure and facility projects from conception through to completion, combining strategic planning with hands on execution and strong team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules, establishing clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Create and manage Gantt charts and project schedules using industry-standard tools
• Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) with accurate cost estimates and resource allocation
• Execute all core project management tasks, including scope management, budgeting, risk management, quality assurance, and stakeholder communication
• Conduct regular on-site inspections and manage site operations, including worker assignments and workflow coordination
• Assign tasks to workers and subcontractors, providing clear instructions and guidance on project requirements and expectations
• Monitor worker and supplier performance, following up on deliverables, quality standards, and adherence to deadlines
• Define realistic deadlines and enforce project timelines with accountability
• Manage vendor relationships and procurement, ensuring suppliers deliver materials on time and to specification

Required Competencies & Skills

• Organization & Planning
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities
• Technical & Planning Skills
• Proficiency in project planning tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent)
• Expert level knowledge of Gantt charts and scheduling techniques
• Demonstrated ability to create accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Strong budgeting, cost control and financial tracking skills

On-Site & Practical Skills

• Comfortable working on-site in various weather and site conditions
• Ability to assess site conditions, identify issues, and implement solutions in real time
• Physical capability to visit multiple sites and manage on-ground operations
• Health and safety awareness (or willingness to be certified)

Leadership & Communication

• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities; capable of guiding team members on how to work effectively
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage and motivate diverse teams (workers, contractors, suppliers, clients)
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Required Experience
• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience in construction, infrastructure, or facilities
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
• Experience managing teams, contractors, and suppliers
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (PRINCE2, PMI, or equivalent)

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
• Background in civil engineering, construction management or related field
• Experience with specialised sectors (hospitality, IT infrastructure, facilities management)
