We are now seeking a full-time Senior Business Analyst to join our Technology team based in Marsa. The ideal candidate is a proactive and solution-oriented professional with strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills. The selected candidate will play a key role in leading ERP-related initiatives across the Group, analysing and improving business processes, and ensuring the successful delivery of business transformation projects aligned with operational and strategic objectives.

The role requires close collaboration with senior management, operational teams, external vendors, and international stakeholders to drive process optimisation, digital transformation, and ERP adoption throughout the organisation.

 

Duties & Responsibilites:

  • Leading and project managing ERP implementation, upgrade, rollout, and optimisation projects across multiple business units and international operations; 
  • Acting as the primary business liaison between operational departments, management, and ERP/software vendors to ensure successful project delivery; 
  • Analysing existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and designing scalable process improvements within the ERP environment; 
  • Managing project timelines, deliverables, risks, priorities, and stakeholder expectations throughout the full project lifecycle; 
  • Gathering, analysing, and documenting detailed business and functional requirements using appropriate business analysis methodologies and tools; 
  • Collaborating with stakeholders and other operational areas to identify system and process enhancement opportunities; 
  • Participating in solution design workshops and contributing towards ERP configuration, process mapping, and business transformation initiatives; 
  • Coordinating and overseeing user acceptance testing (UAT), validating business scenarios, and ensuring solutions meet operational requirements; 
  • Acting as a business owner and champion for the ERP system, promoting best practices and driving user adoption across the Group; 
  • Supporting the development of business intelligence reports, dashboards, KPIs, and analytical tools using ERP and external data sources; 
  • Analysing complex business data and presenting actionable insights, trends, and performance indicators to senior management; 
  • Preparing and delivering presentations, process documentation, training materials, and management reports in a clear and structured manner; 
  • Liaising with and coordinating external IT providers, ERP consultants, software vendors, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with business objectives; 
  • Supporting software quality assurance, compliance, audit, and security initiatives across business systems; 
  • Providing strategic input and operational support for business transformation projects, tenders, business plans, and process improvement initiatives; 
  • Staying informed on emerging technologies, ERP trends, digital transformation practices, and agile project delivery methodologies; 
  • Providing second-level support, troubleshooting assistance, and end-user training to ensure smooth system operation and continuous improvement; 
  • Reporting accurately and professionally on project progress, operational improvements, risks, and activities undertaken. 

 

Skills & Qualifications:

  • A degree in ICT or related field;
  • Proven experience in a Senior Business Analyst, ERP Analyst, or similar role; 
  • Strong experience working with ERP systems and business process improvement initiatives; 
  • Experience leading or coordinating ERP implementation and transformation projects; 
  • Excellent communicator to effectively communicate with a wide range of stakeholders, including technical and non-technical team members.
  • Good problem-solver, who will be able to identify problems and develop creative solutions to address them.
  • An analytical thinker who will analyse data and information to understand the business and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Strong understanding of business operations including finance, procurement, warehousing, inventory, sales, and reporting processes; 
  • Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills; 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities within a fast-paced environment; 
  • Experience with reporting tools, dashboards, and data analysis would be considered an asset; 
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and agile practices is preferred; 
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to drive change and operational improvements across the organisation.
