Project Leader

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Leader to join our growing team, driving the successful delivery of multiple projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams to achieve key milestones on time and within budget
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
• Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure successful project delivery
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively
• Ensure accurate project documentation, reporting, and compliance
• Oversee budgets, track costs, and maintain financial control
• Conduct post-project evaluations and suggest improvements for future initiatives

Requirements

• Previous involvement in project-based work required; prior leadership experience is not necessary
• Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a similar setting is considered an asset, but training will be provided
