Project Manager

We're looking for a commercially minded, product-driven leader to help accelerate the growth of an innovative AI platform transforming how organisations automate, reason, and operate.

This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, customer success, and commercial growth. You'll work directly with enterprise clients, strategic partners, and internal teams to ensure market needs are translated into impactful AI solutions while building the partnerships that fuel long-term expansion.

What you'll be doing:

Product & Customer Success

• Work closely with customers to understand challenges, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for product improvement.
• Help shape product priorities and roadmap decisions alongside engineering and AI teams.
• Support customer onboarding, adoption, and long-term success.

Partnerships & Growth

• Build and manage strategic partnerships that support business growth and market expansion.
• Develop relationships with enterprise clients, technology partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Support commercial discussions, proposals, and go-to-market initiatives.

Market & Innovation

• Stay close to AI and technology trends to identify new opportunities and use cases.
• Represent the company at industry events and help strengthen its market presenc

Requirements

• Experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Solution Consulting, Partnerships, or a similar client-facing technology role.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing stakeholders and strategic relationships.
• Ability to bridge business requirements and technical solutions effectively.
• Experience working with enterprise software, SaaS, AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Comfortable engaging with C-level executives, business leaders, and technical teams.

Education and Experience

• Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
