Products Strategy Manager

Our client, a leading Financial Institution is seeking to recruit a Products Strategy Manager. The selected candidate will be managing a small team and have the following responsibilities:

• Defining the product roadmap and ensuring alignment with customer needs, regulatory requirements, as well as technological advancements
• Carrying out regular market analysis and competitor benchmarking
• Overseeing the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch
• Building and managing and high performing product development team whilst fostering a collaboration culture
• Monitoring clients' feedback platform, analyzing such feedback and working on improvements in order to enhance and review existing products or services
• Collaborating closely with other departments and ensuring product launches are seamless 
• Monitoring performance in relation to financial metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
• Reviewing and managing of tariff charges
• Keeping abreast with any market developments and trends as well as any regulatory changes

• Minimum 3 years experience in a product management/development role within a Financial Institution
• Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Possess excellent intrapersonal skills

• Hold a Degree in Banking, Computer Science, Business Management, Economics or anything related
