Lynx Educate , Central Malta

Expires in 29 days (05 Aug 2026)

This is a unique opportunity to be at the intersect of enterprise client management, community impact, and growth.

As our Product Marketing Manager located in Malta, you will be the operational engine behind our largest client programmes ensuring that learners from underserved communities are identified, onboarded, and supported through their learning journey.

We’re moving fast & are looking for someone comfortable wearing many hats and who is comfortable with projects that move quickly and continue to evolve.

You will work closely with enterprise clients to translate their goals into structured delivery plans, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and drive learner acquisition through community partnerships and growth marketing. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who is as comfortable building a Gantt chart as they are meeting a community partner on the ground.

Key Responsibilities Client Programme Delivery
  • Draft and own detailed project plans for enterprise client programmes, aligned to client objectives and timelines
  • Serve as the primary coordination point between enterprise clients, internal teams, and community partners
  • Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones — keeping all stakeholders informed and aligned
  • Ensure a high-quality learner experience from first contact through to programme completion

Learner Acquisition & Community Outreach
  • Lead learner acquisition strategy for programmes, with a focus on building relationships with and reaching non-traditional and underserved learner groups
  • Build and grow Lynx Educate’s network of community organisations, charities, job centres, and grassroots groups across Europe and beyond
  • Onboard community partners as referral channels and beneficiary networks for the platform
  • Coordinate growth marketing activity targeted at community groups, working with the wider team on messaging and channels

Stakeholder Coordination
  • Manage relationships with enterprise client contacts, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery
  • Coordinate across internal teams (product, content, marketing, ops) to ensure programme readiness
  • Represent Lynx in community and client-facing settings with professionalism and purpose

Reporting & Operations
  • Maintain accurate programme trackers, learner data, and delivery dashboards
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on programme health, learner numbers, and acquisition performance
  • Flag blockers early and propose solutions — you own the outcome, not just the task

Preferred experience
  • Previous experience in a project management role (formal PM experience preferred)
  • Exceptional attention to detail - you notice what others miss
  • Comfortable owning and maintaining Gantt charts, project trackers, and delivery timelines
  • Strong stakeholder coordination skills — you can manage up, across, and externally with ease
  • Genuine passion for digital skills, upskilling, and widening access to education
  • Based in Malta, or willing to relocate (we’ll support you)
  • Understanding of growth marketing levers for community and non-traditional audiences
  • Existing relationships with community organisations, charities, or beneficiary groups in the learning/skills space
  • Experience working in edtech, social impact, or gig economy sectors
