IT Project Management & Data Officer

Are you passionate about project management, stakeholder coordination, and digital transformation? Do you have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and an interest in data analysis? Jesmond Mizzi Financial Advisors Ltd. is looking for a Project Management & Data Officer to oversee digital initiatives, data analytics, and ensure compliance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating digital projects.

• Support the Senior Project Manager in project execution, documentation, and reporting.

• Track project milestones, resource allocation, and compliance requirements.

• Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders, business units, and third-party vendors.

• Maintain compliance records and assist in preparing regulatory reports related to digital transformation projects.

• Assist internal users with IT-related questions and help troubleshoot software and hardware support issues.

• Support system maintenance, hardware procurement, and vendor coordination.

• Assist in developing and maintaining basic Power BI dashboards to track project performance and KPIs.

• Support data extraction, basic analysis, and reporting to help improve decision-making and compliance tracking.

• Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements.

• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and status updates for stakeholders.

About You:

We are looking for an organised and proactive individual with experience in project management, business coordination and IT, while also possessing a foundational understanding of data analytics and reporting. Knowledge of the latest relevant technology trends and experience in Power BI, SQL, or other reporting tools is considered an asset.

An academic qualification at National Qualification Framework Level 6 or higher in a relevant field is required. Candidates should have at least two (2) years of experience in project coordination, business support, or a related role.
