Our globally known client is on the lookout for an Information Technology Change Manager to join their team here in Malta.
Your Responsibilities:
Managing all aspects of the end to end the Change Management process as per ITIL framework.
Rolling out system IT change management to all CID programs for customer solutions, working closely with the Program Managers and the PMO.
Monitoring compliance to the change management policies and procedures.
Supporting internal/external audits with Change Data.
Ensuring all attributes of changes are considered, release notes, test reports, deployment, rollback, risk mitigation, documentation updates, evidence etc.
Documenting the change methodology, review procedures and checklists.
Training stakeholders (internal, customer, and 3rd parties) on the change management process and tools used.
Identifying, quantifying, prioritizing, and managing change risks.
Collaborating with all stakeholders to confirm change requirements are known and accepted.
Supporting planning, scheduling and controlling the movement of releases to test and live environments. Ensuring the client and Partners & Suppliers are aware of Operational Changes/Releases and on hand to support as required.
Skill-sets and Requirements
A minimum of 3 years work experience in a formal IT change control or similar role or background in IT using ITIL practices in an enterprise environment.
Experience with an ITSM tool.
Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
