The Implementation Executive is responsible for handling the planning, design and delivery tasks of technology projects. The Implementation Executive will generally work towards achieving the completion of a project against a set budget and timeframe as requested by the employer.
The Implementation Executive shall be employed within the Technology department.
Typical Duties
• Participate in project scoping activities.
• Responsible for the identification of requirements and for conducting functional analyses.
• Design and develop data flows for the solution and ensure alignment and obtaining buy-in for these from the different stakeholders.
• Play an active role in building and maintaining internal and vendor relationships,.
• Participate in project configuration and setup.
• Responsible for integrated application testing.
• Provide end-user implementation support and training.
• Report progress in relation to implementation activity, and highlight possible risks that could curtail project completion.
• Act as a liaison between parties involved in the project including end users, internal Development team, Operations team and vendors.
• Work towards the timely and effective completion of the set project.
Skills, Qualifications & Attributes
• A degree level of education in information technology or a related subject.
• Knowledge of the software or hardware systems
• Delivery management experience.
• Analytical skills and the ability to identify risks, opportunities and threats.
• An ability to work towards meeting deadlines and targets.
• Excellent communication skills.
