CRM Solution Architect

Our client, an International company, is seeking a CRM Solution Architect to join their team. Reporting to the Practice Lead and Senior Leadership team, the Solution Architect will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing systems architecture to meet business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for technical and functional solutions across the Microsoft platform, promoting the adoption of new features and technology.
• Possess a strong understanding of Dynamics 365 and the power platform stack, staying up to date with new features.
• Design and develop domain-specific implementations, leveraging Dynamics 365 functionality to provide our client with a competitive advantage.
• Identify training needs and provide coaching to team members to reduce skills gaps.
• Identify opportunities for industry-specific Solution Offerings that differentiate our client in the market.
• Lead technical forums and communities to share knowledge.
• Meet and exceed customer expectations in terms of business knowledge, skills, and behavior.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, as well as communicate them as necessary.
• Ensure timely completion of internal processes and mandatory training.
• Carry out additional duties as instructed and agreed upon by Directors.

• In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE, including relevant Architect level certifications.
• Strong implementation experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, Power BI, RPA), including relevant Architect level certification
• Broad understanding of the software development lifecycle, release management, data migration, and go-live support.
• Experience with Cloud Storage Services (Azure SQL, Blob storage, etc.).
• Familiarity with Azure Platform and Integration Services, including LogicApps, Functions, and Azure Service Bus.
• Knowledge of other Marketing products such as Click Dimension or Adobe Marketing Cloud, D365 for Marketing is desirable.
• Proven experience in implementing large-scale solutions involving Dynamics CE (CRM).
• Experience working with offshore development teams
• Excellent presentation and demonstration skills, influencing decision-making for senior technical executives of clients.
• Ability to manage distributed large teams and deliver quality solutions.
• Strong pre-sales experience and thought leadership on solution offerings.
• Certification in TOGAF or Zachman Framework is a plus.
• Proficiency in Agile Methodology

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or IT related.
• Master in Computer Science is an asset.
