Technical Product Specialist

Our internationally known client is looking for a Technical Product Specialist to join their team. If you're passionate about software development and ready to dive into project management, this role is perfect for you.

This role is also open to Fresh Graduates/Juniors with a Degree in Software Development.

Under the guidance of our Commercial Manager, you'll:

• Help shape the product vision and strategy based on market insights and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to prioritize features and initiatives.
• Assist in the full product lifecycle, from idea to launch and beyond.
• Define product specs and conduct regular evaluations for continuous improvement.
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams on product positioning and promotions.
• Partner with customer service to enhance service quality based on feedback.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource needs.
• Coordinate tasks across teams to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
• Monitor project progress and implement strategies to tackle challenges.
• Keep stakeholders updated on project status and milestones.

• Degree in Software Development and/OR work experience working on software-related projects or as a software developer.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Must be already based in Malta.
