Business Application Analyst

Our client is looking for a dynamic Business Application Analyst to play a key role in transforming and optimizing business processes. Responsibilities

• Analyse and refine existing processes, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities.
• Design streamlined workflows that align with business objectives and boost performance.
• Standardise processes and encourage adoption of best practices across teams.
• Assess current and potential technology solutions to drive automation and efficiency.
• Translate business needs into effective, scalable technology solutions.
• Oversee the integration of applications and systems to create a cohesive digital ecosystem.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and ensure seamless adoption of new systems.
• Develop engaging training programs, workshops, and communication strategies.
• Partner with vendors to align solutions with business needs.
• Manage relationships, contracts, and service agreements to maximise value.
• Manage complex projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
• Actively contribute to requirements gathering, customisation, and hands-on implementation.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in process analysis, workflow automation, and technology integration.
• Solid understanding of business functions such as sales, finance, and operations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to design effective solutions.
• Experience with HTML basics, WordPress, CRM, or marketing automation tools is a plus.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience as a Business Application Analyst or similar role.
• Located in Malta.
