Business Central Consultant
Our client, a local IT services company that specializes in software solutions is seeking a Business Central Consultant to join their ranks. As a valuable member of a versatile and dynamic team, your duties will involve:
● Collaborate with a dynamic team of experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central application specialists.
● Assume a leading role in various Dynamics 365 Business Central projects.
● Participate in discovery sessions and pre-sales activities to comprehend
client business objectives and system needs.
● Design solutions tailored to meet customer requirements effectively.
● Communicate project progress, managing expectations, and escalating issues to Project Management when necessary.
● Develop solutions utilizing Dynamics 365 Business Central core configuration capabilities.
● Prepare test scripts and lead testing sessions to ensure the solution meets performance expectations.
● Conduct client training sessions.
● Provide support during the go-live process and play a key role in promoting solution adoption.
● Pursue Microsoft certification as part of your professional development.
Skill-sets and Requirements- 5 years of experience in a comparable role involving D365 Business Central/Dynamics NAV, or any other ERP.
- Proficient in systems implementation, covering requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, and support.
- Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English.
- Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
- Attentive to detail with a proactive willingness to learn.
- First degree in Computing and/or Business
