Business Analyst (6-month contract)

Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for an experienced business analyst to work with them on a Fixed Term Project of 6 months. 

The project involves

• Documenting current business processes and assist in defining new processes needed for transition and separation, while reviewing and identifying areas for improvement. In addition to managing the "as-is" and "to-be" definitions, you will ensure that IT audit and compliance requirements are taken into account.
• You will play a critical role in the success of a large-scale program, including the separation of customer-facing and back-office IT systems, End User/Desktop IT, and Service Management, acting as a bridge between business needs and technical implementation.
• Understanding complex business processes and requirements. You will collaborate with IT and project teams to map these processes to tasks necessary for achieving the goals of the separation program.
• Your ability to build strong relationships with the business, IT, and the program team will be essential.

• Work experience of 2-3 years as a Business Analyst
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent stakeholder management
• Excellent listening skills and the ability to effectively challenge stakeholders to ensure progress is not blocked
• Ability to produce documentation to a high standard
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team

• Degree or equivalent work experience in Business Analysis
