Our well-known client offering IT services, are on the lookout for a Systems Administrator to join their growing team.
Your Responsibilities:
- Handling 2nd level support requests, either remote or on site, related to Microsoft applications as well as virtual environments.
- Remote access solution implementation and support.
- Communicating with clients in a timely manner and keeping them updated on the progress of the incident and way forward.
- Escalating project or service issues.
- Offering internal technical support.
- Between 2-4 years of work experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills.
- Understanding of support tools, techniques etc.
- Knowledge on Microsoft products would be nice to have.
- Candidate must be already based in Malta.
- Either a Diploma or Degree in IT or certifications related to Microsoft products.
