Our highly reputable client is on the lookout for a Systems IT Administrator to join their team here in Malta.
Reporting to the IT Manager, your responsibilities include:
- Troubleshooting and resolving internal technical issues.
- Supporting end-users during the on boarding and off boarding processes together with access management.
- Providing 1st level technical support for cloud-based applications.
- Monitoring and managing cloud infrastructure performance, security and availability.
- Setting up, configuring and maintaining a cloud environment for different projects.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze and solve issues.
- Excellent level of English communication.
