IT Systems Administrator

Our well-known client is on the lookout for an IT Systems Administrator to join their company in Malta.

Your Responsibilities:

• Providing both second and third level IT Help Desk support or escalating support to third parties or vendors as necessary.
• Updating documentation related to IT policies, procedures, and systems.
• Keeping applications updated, managing their development roadmaps and propose improvements.
• Assisting on both software and hardware such as ensuring that such systems meet with IT best practices.

• Degree that is relevant to Information Technology.
• Ability to work in a timely manner
• Excellent knowledge on English.
