We are actively looking for two IT Systems Administrators to be hired for our client that is heavily involved in Maltese financial intelligence. In this role, you will be working in a dynamic environment focused on ensuring systems and networks are fully supported.

Responsibilities:

• Level 1 and 2 support to internal users
• Setting up W/LAN connections, firewalls and other secruity measure.
• Implement, maintain and upgrade visualization physical and cloud infrastructures
• Work within Microsfot Azure Cloud services
• Work closely with internal and external vendors in regards to security related hardware and software and facilitate budgeting and purchasing of new technologies.
• Coordinate audits and ensure recovery and contingency plans are documentated and implemented
• Test and monitor all systems and solutions in conjunction with end-users
• Document all procedures and train end users based off documentation.
• Remote monitoring systems for updates, alerts, and requests
• Provide assistance for the implementation of the Business Continuity and recovery Plan;
• Expertly represent the organization as a witness in courts and adjudicating bodies
• Create and maintain documentation as it relates to system configuration, mapping, processes, and service records.
