Hili Ventures is seeking an IT System Administrator to join its IT team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Based in Malta and reporting to the Director of IT, the selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the organisation’s IT infrastructure, systems, and services, ensuring they remain secure, reliable, and aligned with business and governance requirements.
The role includes administering Microsoft 365 technologies, managing user identities and access, supporting endpoint management and security controls, and contributing to the continuous improvement of IT systems and processes.
The selected candidate will also support IT governance initiatives, maintain technical documentation, assist with audits and compliance activities, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party service providers to ensure effective IT services.

THE REQUIREMENTS
The preferred candidate will have between three and five years’ experience in systems administration, IT infrastructure or a similar role, together with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, identity and access management, endpoint management and IT security principles.
Experience with ISO frameworks, audit processes, or IT governance practices will be considered an asset, while previous experience working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) is highly advantageous. Relevant certifications, including Microsoft certifications, ITIL Foundation, Security+, or ISO 27001 awareness are desirable, although equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
