IT Systems Administrator

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to employees on hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade computer systems, servers, and network devices.
• Monitor network performance and ensure optimal uptime, stability, and reliability.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and infrastructure issues in a timely manner.
• Implement and maintain IT security policies, procedures, and best practices to protect systems and data.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across multiple platforms.
• Support and maintain Windows Server, Linux servers, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Maintain virtualization platforms and server infrastructure.
• Maintain accurate inventory records of IT equipment, software licenses, and peripherals.
• Assist with procurement and deployment of IT hardware, software, and licenses.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in an IT Infrascrautre role
• Strong hands-on hardware skills, including assembling, upgrading, troubleshooting, and maintaining desktop PCs and workstations.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, Firewalls, SMB/Samba, NFS, SSH, and RDP.
• Experience administering Linux environments, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience managing server infrastructure, virtualization platforms, system security, user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide effective technical support across hardware, software, and network environments.

Education and Experience

• Minimum of a Level 5 Diploma in a related IT field.
• Ukrainian/Russian speakers will be given preference.
• Experience working in software development, game development, or other highly technical environments is highly desirable.
• Experience with Perforce (Helix) and gaming consoles is considered an advantage.
