Job Summary:
As the first line of support, you will be responsible for providing excellent IT-related solutions across all departments while acting as the key liaison between company stakeholders and advanced levels of support. Your ability to manage priorities, resolve technical issues efficiently, and maintain IT infrastructure will be critical to ensuring smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
• Prioritise and resolve IT queries based on urgency and complexity
• Provide timely IT support and escalate issues when necessary
• Assist in hardware/software procurement, implementation, and inventory management
• Manage IT equipment provisioning, user account setups, and system access
• Coordinate with third-party providers to ensure SLA compliance
• Monitor system resources, backups, antivirus, and spam portals
Education
• Diploma in IT or equivalent,
• CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent,
• Possession of industry certifications such as CCNA and MSCA is considered an asset.
Skillsets and Requirements
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Office 365,
• Minimum driving licence B
