IT Administrator

The company is looking for an individual to assist the Chief Information Officer to provide the best possible support for their internal users and maintain the organisation’s IT Infrastructure. Within this role your responsibilities will include the following:

• Carrying out general administration of the company’s network of servers and PC’s including regular updates, backups, end-user support and any other ICT related issues
• Installing, modifying and repairing hardware
• Monitoring of system performance and perform maintenance of the company’s ERP systems, databases, Point of Sale and Accounting software
• Training and support to end users
• Documenting of network problems and resolution for future reference.
• Managing an internal helpdesk

• Is highly knowledgeable with Microsoft products such as Windows, Office365, Azure portal and Virtual Machines
• Has vast experience with Cloud technologies and very good networking concepts
• Experience with IT hardware
• Experience with end user support is crucial
• 2-3 years experience in a similar role is a must
• Fluency in English
• Driver's Licence

• Advanced Diploma level qualification in a Technology related subject will be considered as an asset but not a must

• Paid mobile contract
• Fuel allowance
