Our global client is looking for a Head of IT Infrastructure and Support to join their growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Management of the company's global IT infrastructure.
- Ensure that the necessary precautions are planned, implemented and monitored for a robust and dependable IT infrastructure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry providers and manage suppliers and IT partners.
- Liaise with internal departments to understand present and future infrastructure needs of the company.
- Responsible for the correct onboarding and exiting of staff in terms of ICT.
- Identify and manage contractors that the company can work with to solidify it’s IT infrastructure.
- Ensure and guarantee the company's reliance on 24/7 IT systems uptime and support globally.
- Ensure legal compliance of all IT Systems and access globally.
- Create and manage a robust maintenance and investment plan for the company’s IT infrastructure.
- 3 years experience working in a similar role
- Experience with business processes and practices ideally in global settings
- A degree in the field of ICT
- Performance bonus
