Our client is seeking to recruit an Endpoint Administrator. The right candidate will be a technical professional who possesses the experience and expertise to support the IT Service Delivery Team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Define and maintain the group-wide endpoint configuration strategy and manage the integrated solution for managing all of the company's endpoint devices.
Implement or be part of the implementation team for new services and/or change and improve existing services and assure delivery according to the agreed quality.
Responsible to maintain IT services/software up to date and test new services/software before being released to end users.
Act as a mentor and assist the Service Desk Analysts.
Act Second-level user support when required.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of relevant documentation, ensuring that internal procedures and IT guidelines are kept up-to-date with the requirements of the business.
Creation and maintenance of knowledge-based articles that support Service Desk Analysts, as well as end users.
Assist end users via remote support due to issues for global end users if necessary.
Participate in vulnerability management life-cycle when fixing security issues effectively.
Engaging services and support from service providers when required.
Definition of operational measures, guidelines, and best practices for the offices managed.
Procurement of suppliers and any other resources required.
Skill-sets and Requirements
Minimum of 3 Years of experience in a similar role
Experience in the configuration and management of IT infrastructures, including but not limited to Scripting, Microsoft Windows Servers, LAN, WLAN, MDM, PABX and ticketing systems
Familiarity with Linux systems
ITIL certification or other IT industry certification will be considered an asset
Education & Experience
An advanced diploma or equivalent in ICT or other related discipline
