DevOps Tech Lead

Our well-established client is urgently seeking a DevOps Tech Lead to join their team in Malta that will be instrumental in implementing automation pipelines for the Business and technology teams. 

Responsibilities:

• Use your DevOps skills to improve and maintain the Continuous Integration/ Delivery infrastructure
• Lead a team and ensure their mentorship
• Interact with product management, project management, development and operations teams to plan, validate and execute software releases and system rollouts
• Plan, develop, and roll out new software as needed
• Liaise with various business segments to produce a holistic approach to growing business needs
• Work closely with software development, QA, test automation, and Application operations teams
• Grow your DevOps skills by staying up to date with the newest technologies
• Work in an Agile environment and mentor and train your team on best practices
• Guide your team to meet deadlines, maintain and exceed KPIs and manage all aspects of the software development lifecycle
