Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

Our client, renowned for its international presence and excellent reputation across various countries, is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join their team in Malta. 

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage and enhance the performance of our cloud-based infrastructure, identifying and resolving any performance bottlenecks.
• Oversee data warehouse operations, ensuring data integrity, availability, and efficient query performance.
• Deploy and uphold security protocols, encompassing access controls, encryption, and regular audits.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external collaborators to synchronize security strategies, conduct risk evaluations, and execute protective measures against potential threats.
• Perform routine evaluations of system performance, pinpointing and remedying bottlenecks to enhance overall functionality.
• Establish backup and disaster recovery protocols to safeguard data integrity and ensure business continuity.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role with strong Cloud exposure.
• Proficiency in Azure.
• Experience in managing and optimizing cloud-based infrastructure.
• Fluency in English language.
• Must be already based in Malta.
