Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a highly organized individual to join our team and take responsibility for the financial aspects of our projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for measuring and compiling the final bills to complete and close off our projects.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate tenders from contractors and suppliers.
• Prepare cost plans and estimates for projects.
• Prepare and review contracts, subcontracts, etc.
• Monitor and control project costs and advise on cost-saving measures.
• Ensure that contractual payments are made in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of construction and finishes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
