MEP Site Coordinator

We are currently seeking a highly skilled MEP Site Coordinator to join our client's team in Malta. The MEP Site Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the installation and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems at various construction sites.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the installation and commissioning of MEP systems at construction sites
• Ensure that MEP systems are installed in compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and safety standards
• Coordinate with the project manager, design team, and contractors to ensure timely and accurate installation of MEP systems
• Review and approve MEP shop drawings, submittals, and materials
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the progress and quality of MEP work
• Identify and resolve issues that arise during the installation process
• Maintain accurate records of MEP activities, including daily progress reports, material delivery logs, and inspection reports
• Participate in meetings with the project team to discuss MEP-related issues and provide updates on progress.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3  years of experience in MEP coordination on construction sites
• Knowledge of MEP systems, construction methods, and materials
• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and specifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
