Warehouse Supervisor

P.Cutajar & Co Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit a motivated and responsible Warehouse Supervisor to take care of their Warehouse on a full-time basis. 

This position calls for an experienced, organised, and hardworking individual with excellent verbal; and written communication skills. A person who will be a team player with fluency in the Maltese and English languages.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Be responsible for the handling of goods inside the warehouse (picking and packaging)
• Be the main point of contact for the warehouse team
• Be responsible for Orders Receipt for both Incoming & Outgoing goods
• Be responsible for the disposal of Expired & Damaged Goods
• Be responsible for the Warehouse cleanliness and waste management procedure
• Monitor temperature thresholds and report any surge in such thresholds
• Handling orders received from the Order Processing Team and assisting with loading onto the distribution vans
• Checking and tallying of sales and returns orders
• Filing of documents
• Perform/assist periodic/perpetual stocktakes as instructed by your superiors
• Assist with inventory balance checks and reports
• Co-ordinate daily operations with other warehouse team leaders / Sales Reps as deemed necessary
• Prepare all necessary paperwork
• Ensure that clients are satisfied with the service being given
• Prepare any other statistical reports as necessary
• Attending and participating in weekly department meetings
• Report to the Warehouse Manager any other activities undertaken
• Perform any other activity assigned from time to time
• Coordinate all team’s vacation leave.

• Ability to work unsupervised in a fast-moving environment
• Attention to detail.
