Warehouse Assistant

Michael Debono Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Warehouse Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis.

The Position
Reporting to the Warehouse Lead, the Warehouse Assistant will be responsible for: 

• General housekeeping of the parts store
• Completion of stock handling in a timely and accurate manner
• Binning shipments in a timely and accurate manner
• Ensuring goods received are correct and in good condition 
• Updating the computer systems accurately
• Assisting with stock-taking
• Picking orders as per requirement
• Adhering to Company Health & Safety Regulations
• Receiving and Processing Incoming Stock and Materials
• Inventory Management
• Order Fulfillment
• Warehouse Organization and Maintenance
• Data Entry and Record-Keeping
• Customer Service
• Carrying out additional duties relevant to the job role as required.

The Requirements: 

• Familiar with Microsoft desktop operating systems and Microsoft Office applications 
• A clean police conduct
• A valid driving license
• Good communication skills in the Maltese language
• Strong Technical knowledge of parts
• Possess previous experience working in a similar order-picking role.
