Warehouse Assistant
Michael Debono Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Warehouse Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis.
The Position
Reporting to the Warehouse Lead, the Warehouse Assistant will be responsible for:
- General housekeeping of the parts store
- Completion of stock handling in a timely and accurate manner
- Binning shipments in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensuring goods received are correct and in good condition
- Updating the computer systems accurately
- Assisting with stock-taking
- Picking orders as per requirement
- Adhering to Company Health & Safety Regulations
- Receiving and Processing Incoming Stock and Materials
- Inventory Management
- Order Fulfillment
- Warehouse Organization and Maintenance
- Data Entry and Record-Keeping
- Customer Service
- Carrying out additional duties relevant to the job role as required.
The Requirements:
- Familiar with Microsoft desktop operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
- A clean police conduct
- A valid driving license
- Good communication skills in the Maltese language
- Strong Technical knowledge of parts
- Possess previous experience working in a similar order-picking role.
