Aquani (Nibe Beverages Limited) in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Warehouse Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis.
Overview:
We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant with Forklift experience.
Job Description:
- Provides administrative support to others in the office to maintain an efficient office environment
- Communicating and planning with the Head of Department
- Organising and planning of the delivery schedule and delivery man rosters
- Maintain and update finished product stock records
- Follow safety regulations
- Load and unload trucks by forklift
- End of Day reconciliation of the trucks.
Required Qualifications:
- Work experience in a similar post is an asset
- In possession of Forklift licence
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS office including Word and Excel
- Organizational skills
- High motivation to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in a team
- Must be able to work flexible hours.
