Warehouse Assistant

Aquani (Nibe Beverages Limited) in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Warehouse Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Description:

• Provides administrative support to others in the office to maintain an efficient office environment
• Communicating and planning with the Head of Department
• Organising and planning the delivery schedule and delivery man rosters
• Maintain and update finished product stock records
• Follow safety regulations
• Load and unload trucks by forklift
• End of Day reconciliation of the trucks.

Required Qualifications:

• Work experience in a similar post is an asset
• In possession of a Forklift licence
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office including Word and Excel
• Organizational skills
• High motivation to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in a team
• Must be able to work flexible hours.
