We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the supply chain process, from sourcing materials to delivering finished products to customers. You will work closely with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and manufacturers
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders for materials as needed
  • Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of finished products
  • Track and manage shipments to ensure on-time delivery
  • Analyse supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
  • Communicate with internal teams to provide updates on supply chain status
  • Resolve any issues or delays in the supply chain process

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in supply chain management or logistics coordination
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge in SAP ERP will be considered an asset
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
