Our client who specializes in the Finishing and construction industry is looking for a Shipping Clerk. Your roles and responsibilities will include:
Managing shipping, customs, and inventory for purchased goods
Forecasting stock requirements
Creating and maintaining stock cards with proper documentation
Researching and sourcing new materials
Comparing prices with local and foreign suppliers
Monitoring local competitors and ensuring optimal product placement and pricing
Selecting and maintaining legal interactions with suppliers
Identifying new suppliers for current or new products
Performing general office and administrative duties as needed
Engaging in other tasks as required by the role
Requirements
Possess strong communication skills in both Maltese and English
Proactive with high motivation and a positive attitude
Have basic knowledge of computer skills including Excel
Education and Experience
Previous administration experience is a must
