Stores & Delivery Person

Job Description
As part of our strategy to strengthen our operations, we are currently seeking to recruit a Stores & Delivery Person to join our logistics team which supports our retail outlets representing some of the premium fashion brands on the island, including Hugo Boss, Burberry, Dolce & Gabbana, Zegna, Fendi, Moncler, Saint Laurent, Stella McCartney, Valentino, Tom Ford, Jimmy Choo and Samsonite.

The Position:
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager the selected candidate will be responsible to perform storekeeping duties, including deliveries, to our retail outlets and customers. The selected will also be responsible to:

• Prepare, load, transport, and deliver ordered items to clients and ensure collection payments or signed delivery notes where applicable
• Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals from the stockroom
• Adhere to assigned routes and follows time schedules assigned by superiors
• Review orders before and after delivery to ensure they are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
• Prepare reports and other documents related to deliveries
• Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labelling supplies
• Provide excellent and efficient services to our customers and retail outlets
• Abide by all transportation laws to maintain a safe driving record.

The Requirements:
The ideal candidate must have:

• At least 2 years experience in a similar position
• A valid driving license B
• Good verbal and written communication skills in Maltese, English and preferably Italian
• Ability to use a computer and ideally have previous experience using Stock &
• Inventory management system
• A clean police conduct
• Be physically fit to carry boxes of up to 20kg
• A pleasant personality and smart presentation
• A mature and reliable approach to work.
