Storekeeper

de Valier Co Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Storekeeper to join their team on a full-time basis.

Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and experienced individual to join our team and take responsibility for the efficient receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely dispatch of goods.

The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and be able to accurately track and record stock levels. They will also be responsible for ensuring that goods are stored in an organised and secure manner.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming goods, ensuring accurate documentation
• Track, document, and address any discrepancies in received orders
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders
• Conduct regular stocktaking to identify discrepancies and update records accordingly
• Utilize the internal application for inventory control and monitoring store stock
• Monitor stock delivered/returned from project sites and issue delivery notes
• Handle packing, labelling, and coordinate deliveries/returns with delivery personnel
• Organize warehouse storage space and ensure that goods are stored in a clean and dry place
• Fulfill additional responsibilities as directed by the company.
