Hilton Malta is looking to recruit a Receiving and Administration Clerk to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Role:
Working within the Procurement Department and reporting directly to the Procurement Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible to check all incoming deliveries of products; verifying the accuracy, condition, and quality of each delivery against purchase orders. The receiving clerk will also input the invoices in the procurement and stock control system, Materials Control (MC), on a daily basis.

Working in line with the hotel’s internal policies and procedures, the candidate will be required to be of support and assist in all the other functions within the Procurement Department as and when required.  These will include assisting in stock takes and store requisitioning amongst others.

Requirements:
  • We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in this position, preferably working within a hotel environment, qualifications or training in logistics and procurement processes will be favourably considered.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and flexibility are also position prerequisites. Fluency in both Maltese and English is necessary and knowledge of MC will be favourably considered.
