Purchasing Executive

A dynamic and growing organisation is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to support and strengthen its purchasing and sourcing operations across the Group.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys negotiation, supplier coordination, and analytical work, while thriving in a fast-paced commercial environment. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring the efficient and cost-effective procurement of goods and services while maintaining strong supplier and stakeholder relationships.

What You'll Be Ding

Procurement & Sourcing

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for goods and services
• Source products and suppliers while ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality standards
• Analyse supplier quotations and conduct comparative evaluations
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery conditions to maximise value for the business
• Issue purchase orders and monitor order fulfilment and delivery timelines

Supplier & Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Coordinate effectively with departments to understand procurement requirements
• Monitor supplier performance and service quality standards
• Ensure procurement activities align with company policies and operational needs

Reporting & Process Improvement

• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and documentation
• Prepare procurement reports and support data-driven decision-making
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost optimisation

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience within procurement, purchasing, or sourcing environments 
• Strong understanding of sourcing and vendor management practices
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines effectively
• Commercial awareness and problem-solving mindset
