Part-Time Warehouse Pickers (Evenings & Weekends)

Salvo Grima Group is a dynamic group of companies specialising in ship supply, travel retail, wholesale and product distribution in Europe and world-wide. It was first established in 1860 and now employs over 530 people with operations in eight countries.

We are currently looking for motivated Warehouse Pickers to join our Ship Supply team based in Marsa on a part-time basis, supporting evening and weekend operations. Working closely with the Storekeepers and Senior Warehouse Storekeepers, the role helps ensure that goods are handled correctly, the warehouse remains organised, and orders are prepared accurately and efficiently.

The ideal candidate would be:

• Motivated, smart and a good team-player;
• Physically able to lift and transfer loads (approx. 15 to 20kg);
• Good communication skills in English (Maltese is considered an asset);
• Clean police conduct;
• Relevant experience would be considered an asset. 

The duties include:

• Pick orders accurately using picking lists from Dynamics 365 Business Central and confirm quantities on tasklet provided;
• Pack and label goods correctly to ensure they are ready for dispatch on pallets;
• Assist with receiving goods, checking deliveries against purchase orders as required when instructed by the logistics manager, team leader and the storekeepers;
• Support stock control tasks, including stock counts and reporting discrepancies;
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment;
• Operate authorised warehouse equipment and assist with loading/unloading vehicles when needed;
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items in line with internal procedures.
