Our client is looking for a Demand & Supply Planning Manager to lead the Supply Chain Department. Your responsibilities include but not limited to: 

  • Supervises, manages, and organises all planning activities within the Planning Department to create a feasible rolling production plan while optimizing resource usage.
  • Coordinates and assists in meeting demand based on the production plan by collaborating across various departments to enhance efficiency and meet customer needs.
  • Works closely with multiple departments such as Operations, Procurement, MS&T, and Customer Service to ensure that the production schedule supports site operations effectively, meets budget targets, optimizes raw material and component planning, comprehensively plans for new product launches, and ensures timely delivery to customers.
  • Generates short and long-term demand forecasts and conducts analysis, overseeing both existing product demand planning and the introduction of new products.
  • Manages key performance indicators including on-time delivery, on-time in-full delivery, inventory levels, forecast accuracy, and stock management.
  • Leads, supports, and fosters the development of the team by assigning clear responsibilities and providing opportunities for talent growth.· Supervises, manages, and organises all planning activities within the Planning Department to create a feasible rolling production plan while optimising resource usage.

Working hours are Monday to Friday normal office hours.

Requirements
  • Showcased expertise in material-related analysis, including establishing forecasts, conducting data analysis, performing fit gap analyses, and presenting reports effectively.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills at all levels of the organization
  • Agile and able to adapt to changing requirements and implement actions to meet business demands
  • Leadership experience is a must
Education and Experience
  • A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field
  • Proven previous experience in a similar industry or Pharmaceutical or FMCG or both
  • Proficient in planning and ERP systems, preferably in SAP
