Office/Logistics Coordinator

At Studio Moda Ltd, we transform design concepts into beautifully executed spaces. We are now looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team and play a key role in bringing our projects to life.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with our Sales and Design teams to ensure the smooth coordination of all project deliveries. You will be the link between our internal teams and suppliers, making sure every order, delivery, and installation is managed with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the logistics flow for Studio Moda projects from order to delivery 
• Work closely with Sales and Design teams to understand project timelines and requirements 
• Prepare, issue, and track Purchase Orders (POs) to suppliers 
• Follow up regularly with suppliers to ensure timely production and delivery 
• Manage and maintain clear, professional communication with suppliers via email 
• Monitor delivery schedules and proactively highlight any delays or issues 
• Support the smooth coordination of site deliveries and installations when required 
• Keep accurate records of orders, deliveries, and supplier correspondence 
• Ensure all logistics processes support the high standards of Studio Moda projects 

Requirements

• Strong organisational and coordination skills 
• Excellent written communication skills with a confident, professional email style 
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously 
• Proactive mindset with strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities 
• High attention to detail and accountability 
• Team player with the ability to work closely with design team, and suppliers 
• Previous experience in logistics, procurement, or project coordination is an asset
