Relax Limited in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Logistics Controller to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Overview:
As a Logistics Controller, you will report to the Logistics Manager and play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our logistics processes. You will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency. Your expertise will help us maintain our reputation for excellence in service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Logistics Operations: Manage daily logistics operations including warehousing, transportation, and distribution activities
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock control and implementing measures to minimize discrepancies
• Coordination and Planning: Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize the flow of goods and reduce costs
• Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports to assess the efficiency of logistics operations
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in logistics management.

Qualifications:

• Education: A minimum of an Advanced level standard of education or equivalent. Certification in logistics or supply chain management will be considered an asset
• Experience: Relevant work experience in the logistics field will be considered an asset
• Skills:
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Be ICT literate, particularly in MS Office package
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Possess strong communication skills in both Maltese and English
  • Eagerness to learn, capacity to work both independently and in a team
  • Being practical, organised, and able to work promptly.
