St Anthony Woodworks Ltd in Malta is seeking to recruit a Logistics Clerk to join their dynamic team. If you are up for the challenge, we would like to hear from you.
What is expected of you?
Day to Day Duties:
Liaise with production Manager regarding works about to be complete from production to make relative arrangements for delivery and installation.
Contact Clients to set appointments for Delivery and Installation of goods.
Maintain excellent relations through courteous and helpful interactions.
To make sure to liaise with accounts department to prepare all relevant invoices to receive funds on delivery of goods.
Inspect any Furniture or Apertures before loading and make sure everything is in good condition for delivery.
Arrange and separate the materials of each job in a professional manner and inform management in case of any discrepancy.
Making sure company Vehicles are kept in good working condition after Delivery/Installation Personnel are back from there duties.
Checking with installers currently on site if anything is remaining or needs to be prepared so a job is closed in a timely manner.
Requirements:
Having a Hands on Approach
Strong organizational, verbal communication, and prioritizing skills
Professionalism and respect
Display a high level of trustworthiness and integrity
Knowledge of local streets is a bonus.
