LIW Unit Officer
Guido Vella Cash & Carry in Malta is currently looking to recruit a LIW Unit Officer to join their team on a full-time basis.
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our Logistics and Internal Wholesale team for immediate employment.
Responsibilities:
- Support the LIW Section Manager in overseeing the distribution process
- Supervise delivery personnel using the Company’s tracking system
- Manage collections from clients and distribution staff
- Generate, process, and finalize distribution-related reports
- Coordinate and schedule timely deliveries
- Drive motivation within the warehouse and distribution teams
- Handle pressure effectively and make decisive last-minute decisions when required.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should:
- Demonstrates a high degree of precision and meticulousness
- Works collaboratively within a team environment
- Possesses intermediate proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office suite
- Prior experience with Shireburn Software will be advantageous
- Capable of performing under pressure and adapting to additional duties as needed by the Company.
